Strong Management Team

Strong management is a valuable asset. Dave and Rhoni, a husband-and-wife duo living in Muskoka, bring their own professional expertise to Granite Vista. Dave is a seasoned licensed realtor and has carved a niche for himself in Commercial and Investment Real Estate. Since 2019, he has adeptly managed a boutique property management company, serving a select clientele. His proficiency in leasing and comprehensive understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act regulations are key to his success. As the operational head, Dave ensures that the company’s day-to-day activities are streamlined and effective.

Rhoni, with her rich background in the arts and crafts sector, particularly as a ceramic artist, adds a unique dimension to their business profile. Her extensive 13-year journey in the arts has seen her actively engage with the Muskoka Arts and Crafts community, collaborating with various vendors across Muskoka and the GTA. Recently, Rhoni has transitioned into a new realm, establishing her own Drone and Photography business. Her focus on pre-construction and real estate photography is a strategic move, leveraging her artistic skills in a burgeoning market segment.

Together, Dave and Rhoni blend business acumen with creative insight, positioning themselves as a versatile and innovative team in their respective industries.

Experienced Office Team

Our in-office Team comes with plenty of experience right out of the gate. Kristin will be taking on the role of Tenant Coordinator, where she will be primarily responsible for managing tenant-related matters. Meanwhile, Jackie is stepping into the position of Office Manager. In her new role, Jackie will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all issues are promptly addressed and resolved to the satisfaction of both the owners and the tenants.

This new arrangement aims to streamline our office operations and enhance the overall efficiency of our team.
